BENJAMIN KEARNS

Benjamin focuses solely on divorce, paternity, custody, adoption, child support, alimony and other family law issues.  Prior to starting his own firm, Benjamin worked for the largest family law firm in the U.S. and gained valuable experience representing people dealing with a variety of legal problems.

Benjamin graduated with honors from BYU Law School in 2009 after receiving the prestigious Stephen L. Richards full-tuition merit academic scholarship.  Benjamin graduated with high honors from Utah Valley University in 2006.
